2. Products and Prices The jewelry created and sold on the site is described with the greatest possible precision. Being artisanal creations, slight variations may exist from one piece to another. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) All Taxes Included (TTC) (if VAT exemption applies: "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI"). Shipping costs are free for Metropolitan France and set at €15 for international shipping.
3. Order and Payment The customer validates their order by making online payment via the secure methods offered on the site (credit card, Stripe, PayPal...). The sale is final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is immediately sent to the customer.
4. Delivery Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Average delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for France and 7 to 14 days abroad. The artisan is responsible for the proper delivery of the package until it is handed over to the recipient.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days) In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your jewelry to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. To make a return, contact us by email at contact@maximeartisanbijoutier.fr. The product must be returned new, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the item. (Exception: custom-made or personalized pieces requested by the customer do not benefit from the right of withdrawal).
6. Legal Guarantees All jewelry benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of defects observed on a piece of jewelry (broken stone, bent ring shank, etc.), contact us for a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Consumer Mediation In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute by our customer service, you can use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
8. Personal Data and Cookies The information collected during the order is necessary for its management and is never resold to third parties. You have a right of access, rectification, and deletion of your personal data upon simple request by email.
