Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.
How to make a return?
Inform us of your decision by email at: contact@maximeartisanbijoutier.fr.
Return the item new, unworn, and in its original packaging within 14 days following your declaration.

Return shipping costs and transport risks are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund Upon receipt and verification of the condition of the jewelry, we will process the refund of all sums paid (the price of the jewelry), at the latest within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Jewelry custom-made or clearly personalized at your request (specific engraving, non-catalog size on special order).
Items returned incomplete, damaged, ruined, or worn.
Defective or Damaged Jewelry Received If your jewelry arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 48 hours by email at contact@maximeartisanbijoutier.fr, attaching photos of the observed problem.
Following validation, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and proceed to replace or fully refund your order.
